A patch rest is required for certain treatments at least 48 hours in advance of treatment. If you have any allergies or have sensitive skin please make us aware prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable for you.
When booking your treatment(s) please ensure you mention any extras, as we will need to ensure we book additional time. For example, nail art, if this is not mentioned at the time of booking then basic colour polish will be applied. If you have broken any nails within the first 72 hours after having them done then the repair cost is free of charge.
You will receive a reminder via email or text (based on your preference) 24 hours before your treatment. If you are unable to attend, please inform us within this 24-hour window.
Please make us aware if you have any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. We can then advise you on which treatments are best suited.
We understand that life happens — things can come up unexpectedly or illness may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
A 25% deposit is required for Microneedling and Chemical Peel treatments, and a 50% deposit is required for treatment courses. The remaining balance can be paid at the end of each treatment.
For all other services, we don’t normally take deposits, however, if cancellations or reschedules occur frequently, a 25% booking fee may be required to secure future appointments.
