’m Carly — a fully qualified and insured beauty therapist with a passion for skincare, beauty and helping my clients feel confident in their own skin.

After leaving school, I studied Hospitality before spending many years working in the corporate world. Although I enjoyed those experiences, I always knew my true passion was in the beauty industry.

After having my two girls, I decided it was time to follow my dream and retrain, achieving my Level 3 Beauty Therapy and Level 3 Nail Technology qualifications. Since then, I’ve continued to develop my knowledge and skills through advanced training and specialist qualifications.

I’m proud to be CIBTAC Level 4 qualified in Microneedling and Chemical Skin Peeling, allowing me to offer professional, results-focused advanced skincare alongside my facial, foot care and beauty treatments.

I’m also MASCED accredited, having completed additional training in skin cancer awareness and the importance of recognising potential warning signs.

Rose Lily Beauty is my private garden salon in Great Horkesley, Colchester — a calm, welcoming space where appointments are personal, unhurried and tailored to you.

Whether you’re visiting to work towards a particular skin goal, care for your natural nails and feet, or simply enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself, my aim is for you to feel comfortable, cared for and confident in the treatment you receive.
